Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Ember and Firn. Below you'll find details about how and when your order will be delivered.

Processing Times:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) 

Orders processed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

UK Shipping Options And Delivery Times:

We ship across the United Kingdom using EVRI and Royal mail. 

We offer free 1st class delivery on stickers and greeting cards (not tracked service) 

Stickers- Free 1st class untracked Royal mail, Royal mail tracked 48 and Royal mail tracked 24

Greeting cards- Free 1st class untracked Royal mail, Royal mail tracked 48 and royal mail tracked 24

Tote Bags- EVRI postable and EVRI next day

Posters- Royal mail tracked 24 and Royal mail tracked 48

 

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard delivery: 2-4 Working Days 

Next day delivery: 1-2 Working Days

Delivery times are estimates NOT guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

Tracking your order:

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 

Delays: 

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions 
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect address details 

We are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

Incorrect address information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels:

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (for damaged items) 
  • For missing parcels, please allow 5 working days after the expected delivery date before contacting us
